Our Authorization Process
- 1 We gather your physician's documentation of functional limitations
- 2 We request the Face-to-Face evaluation from your doctor (required for power equipment)
- 3 We submit the prior authorization request to Medicare
- 4 We notify you of the determination — typically 14 days
- 5 We schedule delivery and in-home setup upon approval
